Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBARBARA ANN PATTLE November 3, 1941 February 14, 2007 Barbara Ann (Gramma Barb) passed away peacefully after a brief illness with her husband and children by her side at the Boundary Trails Health Centre. Barb is survived by her husband Wayne, her two sons, Jeffrey (Joey and Journie), and Michael (Annette, Devon and Bailey). Also her siblings, brothers, Bob (Linda), Tim (Betty), sisters, Kathy (Brian), and Patricia (Grant). Barb lived a fun-loving, vivacious life. Her favourite pastimes were golfing, travelling and celebrating life with family and many great friends. Barb was a nurse for over 40 years and very proud and committed to her profession, just recently retiring in November 2006. She was loved and admired by her colleagues, and was comforted by them at her time of passing, at the medical unit where she had worked for so many years. Barb's family and friends were her priority and passion in life, always placing them first in her heart. Her grandchildren were her ultimate pride and joy, knitting for them, taking them to fun places, and being there for their every need. A celebration of Barbara's life will be held on Monday, February 19, 2007 at St. Paul's United Church in Morden, Manitoba at 2:00 p.m. The family would like to thank the nursing staff for the excellent care that Barb received while being at the Health Sciences Centre H-6 unit and at the Boundary Trails Health Centre. We would also like to thank all of her wonderful friends for the love and support you have given us during this difficult time. Family and friends are welcome to donate to the Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook Street, Winnipeg, MB, R3A 1S1 in lieu of flowers. Doyle's Funeral Home in care of arrangements. www.doyleschapels.com
