GARNET MILTON KYLE It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Garnet Kyle, of Dominion City, on February 11, 2007 at Boundary Trails Health Centre in Winkler. Garnet was born on March 8, 1927 to Paul and Julia (Henning) Kyle. He was born in the Dominion City area, obtained his education there, and this is where he and his wife Cecilia built their home and future together. Garnet, the last surviving member of his family, was predeceased by his parents, his wife, and brother and sisters. He will be lovingly remembered by his sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, numerous nieces and nephews, their families, and many friends. Dominion City has lost a pillar of its community. Donations, in his memory, may be made to the Roseau Crossing Heritage Pool and Park, Box 33, Dominion City, MB, R0A 0H0. A Service of Tribute to Garnet Kyle will be held at the Dominion City Community Hall on Tuesday, February 27 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be at a later date according to Garnet's wishes.
