TINA FRIESEN Tina Friesen, aged 91 years of Altona Eastview Place and formerly of Blumenthal, MB, passed away peacefully on February 22, 2007 at Eastview Place. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Ruby (Howard) Friesen-Zehr, Sally (Jerry) Pappel, Wes (Rose) Friesen, Jim (Linda) Friesen, 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Tina was predeceased by her beloved husband Jacob P. Friesen in 1985. The funeral service will be Wednesday, February 28 at 2:00 p.m. from the Sommerfeld Mennonite Church in Altona, MB. Interment to follow in the Blumenthal Cemetery. Viewing will be at Wiebe Funeral Home Altona on Tuesday, February 27 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and at the church prior to the service.
