Predeceased by her husband Dr. Robert A. Macpherson in 1990, her sister Dorothy in 1980, her brother Reginald Browne in 2004, and sister Allyene Warner in 2006. Surviving to mourn her loss are sons, Mark of Hemmingford, Quebec, Roderick of Charleston, South Carolina, daughter Margot Whitford of Ottawa, 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. At her request there will be no visitation or funeral.
