ELIZABETH (ZOKA) DROBNYAK (nee ERZSEBET KAJDI) November 22, 1935 April 6, 2007 Peacefully, on Friday, April 6, 2007, at the St. Boniface Hospital, after a courageous battle with cancer, Elizabeth passed away at the age of 71 years. Remaining to forever cherish Elizabeth's memory are her only loving son, Dana Dunsmore and numerous caring friends. Born in Opaly, Hungary, she came to Canada during the Hungarian Revolution in 1956. As a young LPN graduate, Elizabeth dedicated many years of nursing practices to various hospitals in Winnipeg before starting her own business called Health Juice Bar. Elizabeth enjoyed many passions including gardening and travelling during her retirement years. She was a devoted mother and loving friend who will be greatly missed. In keeping with Elizabeth's wishes, no formal funeral service will be held. The family would like to express heartfelt thanks to Rev. Géza Szemok and members of the Hungarian United Church; staff at St. Boniface Hospital; and friends for their support during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Elizabeth's memory to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3E 0V9.
