KENT MATTHEW SNOWDON October 24, 1985 May 11, 2007 Accidentally, in Lloydminster, Alberta, Kent Snowdon, aged 21 years, formerly of Grand Marais, MB. Kent is survived by his parents, Bill and Erna; sisters, Teresa Lawrie (Tom), Crystal Schmidt (Jamie) and brother Scott. Kent was predeceased by his infant brother William in 1977. Kent was raised in Grand Marais, MB where he attended Walter Whyte School and later the Selkirk Regional Comprehensive School. At the age of 18 he followed his brother Scott to Alberta to work in the oil fields. Kent loved to be with friends and enjoy good times. We will always remember the joy he found in laughter. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, May 17 at 11:00 a.m. in the Christ Anglican Church in Selkirk, MB with Rev. Brad Elliot officiating. Lunch will follow at the Selkirk Legion basement hall. Interment will follow the lunch at the Brookside Cemetery in Winnipeg. We now mourn a life cut short and what might have been. Yet we have gained so much. Thank you Kent. You will always be with us.
