DR. BAOCHENG PENG On Friday, July 13, 2007, Dr. Baocheng Peng, passed away at the Riverview Health Centre. Baocheng is survived by his wife Xiaoxing Jenny Yu; daughters, Tess and Gina; mother Yunxiang Sun; brother Baojun Peng; sisters-in-law, Weixing Yu, Shuangxing Yu (Junhui Du) and niece Yuxiao Du. We, the family would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at the Health Sciences Centre, Riverview Health Centre and all the health care providers who helped Baocheng with loving care and attention through his illness in last full year, especially Dr. Navaratnum, Ms. Vanessa Prophet, Ms. Alixe Komenda, and Ms. Jane Vandam. The family also would like to acknowledge and thank the Winnipeg Chinese Alliance Church for their sincere love that led Baocheng to a right path with the Lord. In addition, the family would like to extend their appreciation to the colleagues in the Manitoba Institute of Cell Biology, especially Dr. Leigh Murphy, Dr. Jim Davie and Dr. David Eisenstat, and all friends who gave Baocheng and the family love and support throughout this time.
