No other friend in all the world, Would be so true to you. For all her loving kindness, She asked nothing in return. If all the world deserted us, To Mother we would turn. To those who have a Mother, Treasure her with care. For you will never miss her, Till you know that she's not there. We miss you more than anyone knows, Each day that passes the emptiness grows. The tears in our eyes will wipe away, But the ache in our heart will always stay. How often there comes before us, Your dear face so kind and true. For death can never take away, Our memories of you.
