Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHAZEL SNIDER (nee GETHMANN) It is with sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Snider at Concordia Hospital on Friday, April 13, 2007, at the age of 91 years. Hazel was predeceased by her husband Fred Snider in 1993. She will be lovingly remembered by numerous nieces and nephews in Canada and the United States. Hazel was born on September 4, 1915, in Gladbrook, Iowa, the daughter of Louis and Mathilda Gethmann. She was raised and educated in Gladbrook and it was there, on July 23, 1936, that she married Fred Snider. A celebration of Hazel's life will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, August 11, 2007, at Broadway Disciples United Church, S.E. corner of Broadway and Kennedy Street, the Rev. Walter Hubbard officiating.
