EDWARD KACZOR On August 29, 2007 at his residence, Ed peacefully passed away in his sleep. Ed was born in Winnipeg on August 9, 1943 and resided most of his life in Elmwood. He was predeceased by his father, Nicholas and his parents, Jean (nee Wolyniec) and Ivan Bayrak. He leaves to mourn his son Nick (Brenda) and grandsons, Jeremy and Logan of Edmonton; sisters, Nadia and Deanna (Rod) and numerous nieces and nephews. Ed was an avid sports enthusiast and a loyal Edmonton Eskimos fan. He was good-spirited and enjoyed a good laugh with family and friends. Ed was a longtime employee of Central Meats, later a part time employee of Stepaniuk's Landscaping and was enjoying his early retirement. Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 1 at Korban Funeral Chapel, 907 Main St. with Fr. N. Yakiwchuk officiating. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery.
