THELMA MAE CARDINAL July 25, 1924 - August 22, 2007 To our dear Gran, who recently passed away August 22, 2007 at St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 83 years. Very special thanks to Dr. Brendan MacDougall who has always been in her thoughts and prayers. Grandmother, it's sad to see you suffer over the years all alone with no sons or husband to carry on. You have been very strong in mind, soul and heart, yet hard and sometimes cold. Your love has always been fair and how you always cared no matter what has come along, or has been done. You have always been as tough as nails even the strength to beat the weak, and now it is time to say you are frail and even to say the outcome of all this is so unreal. My dear Gran, I do believe you went through a lot, now you see the light of day to rest in peace and cast away. Your happiness is far from alone, and now our family has called you to come home. God will always be with you, as well as our family too. We were very proud to have you for a Grandmother; it takes a very special person to do what you did and live for me till the bitter end. We love you Gran, you will be missed by everyone you have touched. Husband Stan, sons Deny and Wayne and granddaughter Wanda will have you in their hearts, you will not be forgotten.
