STELLE KEELE (POLLOCK)
Date of Passing: May 20, 2012
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySTELLE KEELE (nee POLLOCK) Passed away quietly on September 29th, 2007 in Mississauga with her family present. Rocking in her chair with Jewell in her lap, she simply closed her eyes and slipped away as thoughtfully as she had lived. Stelle's life was distinguished by her capacity for love; for her beloved husband of 50 years Bill (W.C.) who predeceased her in 1993; for her daughter Z'Anne and son-in-law Jon Kirby, whose lives she enriched with her wisdom and joyful spirit; for the Pollock and Keele families, who could always count on her in times of need or celebration; for her church, Westworth United, where she found the peace of God and many friends; for her close friends.. among whom she counted Virginia Fudyk who became as much her daughter as her next-door neighbour; for her university (Winnipeg) from which she graduated with a B.A. (Art History) at the age of 75 and for which she had served on the Women's Auxiliary for 35 years; for her city, Winnipeg for which she volunteered tirelessly at Dalnavert and on a number of projects; and for her home town, Wadena, SK which nurtured her goodness and provided the circumstances for falling in love with Dad. She will be missed If friends so desire, donations in Stelle Keele's memory may be made to the University of Winnipeg.

I remember being a bridesmaid at Z'Anne's wedding to David. Lovely, it was. - Posted by: Alix Sullivan (Frend of Z'Anne's) on: May 14, 2018
