Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLILLIAN FLORENCE PRUDEN-TRAVERSE March 6, 1937 - October 25, 2007 It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Lillian Pruden-Traverse of the Little Saskatchewan First Nation, at the Health Sciences Centre on October 25, 2007 at the age of 70 years. Lillian is survived by her children; sons, Elie (Martha) Pruden, Randy Moar, Henry (Lisa) Moar and daughter Rosalind Pruden; her grandchildren, Candace, Dale, Harley, Keith, Raven, Robin, Nathan and Devin; her brothers, Oliver (Clara) and Herman; her sister Jane Jopp; friend Winnie Cobela; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Lillian was predeceased by three sons, Donald, Corey and George; mother Christina Pruden; father Phillip Pruden; brother Donald (Christina) Pruden; sister Eva Pruden; aunt Jemima Pruden; uncle Donald Sanderson; brother-in-law Bill Jopp; grandchildren, Timothy Pruden, Jamie Pruden and Tracy Lynn Pruden; cousins, Louisa McLean, David Sanderson, Sophie Baker, Johnny Sanderson and Winnifred Thompson; grandmother Emma Jane Shorting and grandfather Henry Shorting. Lillian enjoyed watching movies with her son Randy. She also enjoyed knitting socks and mitts, making blankets, making puzzles and playing cards. A wake service will be held on Monday, October 29, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 30, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. Both services will be held at the Little Saskatchewan Pentecostal Church, with Pastor Gerald Anderson officiating. Interment will follow at the Little Saskatchewan Cemetery. The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses of GD4 at H.S.C., all those who visited, brought donations and stayed with Lillian.
