LAURETTE MARY PIDHIRNEY On November 18, 2007 Laurette Mary Pidhirney passed away at her residence at the age of 87 years. Predeceased by her parents Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Gardiner of Winnipeg; brother Laurence J. Gardiner and sister-in-law Lynne Gardiner of Edmonton, Alberta. Left to mourn her passing is her husband Garth G. Pidhirney of Winnipeg. She was survived by her brothers Jack L. Gardiner and Douglas G. Gardiner both of Winnipeg; sister-in-laws Alva and Dorothy Gaudiner of Winnipeg; several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Born, raised and educated in Winnipeg. Past years was an active member of All Saints Church. Laurette also participated in Highland Dancing, she also was well known for her interest in crafts, mainly knitting. Laurette worked several years at Manitoba Telephone System prior to her marriage. Following cremation a private family service will be held at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Arrangements entrusted to: Chapel Lawn Funeral Home 885-9715
