Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCATHERIN S. (KAY) FISHER On Friday December 7, 2007 at Menno Hospital, Abbotsford, BC, Kay Fisher aged 90 years. Mrs. Fisher was a member of the Sons of Scotland for over 50 years and a member of the Independent Order of Foresters. She was active for many years with the Surrey Square Wheelers square dance group. Kay was born and raised in Elmwood, Manitoba where she married and resided until 1984 when she moved to British Columbia. She is survived by a son Al Fisher and Francene Cote of Kelowna; a daughter Beth Hamilton and son-in-law Dan of Langley; three grandchildren Niki, Christy and David; ten great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Fisher was predeceased by her loving husband Fred in 1976. At Mrs. Fishers' request, an informal Celebration of Life will be held on December 15, 2007 in the clubhouse at 8737 161st Street, Surrey, BC between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, a contribution may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of their choice.
