I came to work my first job with the Provincial in 1978. She was a wonderful mentor that had a lasting impression on my career. Very sweet. Many moments of laughter. A true professional secretary. What great love and adoration she had for her children. - Posted by: Cindy Simpson (Joan’s Assistant, Office of the Deputy Minister) on: Aug 10, 2023
