She married Antoni Rogalka in 1939 and together they had two daughters and one son. Widowed at the young age of 31, she raised her three children on her own. The family would also like to thank the staff at Maples Personal Care Home, where she resided for the last six months, as well as the City of Winnipeg paramedics and staff at Seven Oaks General Hospital for their care and compassion.
