Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryOLIVIA HOPE SCHOUTEN Peacefully with her parents by her side, Olivia passed away on January 12, 2008, at Children's Hospital at the age of 6 months. She was predeceased by her twin brother Nicholas on November 27, 2007. They will be sadly missed by big sister Sabrina. We would like to thank the staff of Children's Hospital (PSCU and CH5), for their excellent care and kindness. We also extend our gratitude to our many friends and family for their love and support during this difficult time. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, January 17, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. at the Riverwood Church Community, 257 Riverton in Winnipeg. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Muscular Dystrophy Canada, 204-825 Sherbrook, Winnipeg, or to the Children's Hospital Foundation, CE501-840 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg.
