ADELLA CORINNE KINGSTON (KIRBY) Adella Corinne Kingston (Kirby) passed away peacefully with her family at her side on February 14, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. Corinne lived a blessed life with her husband Robert (Bob) at her side for 58 years. Corinne was born on May 17, 1928 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, finding and marrying her true love Robert (Bob). They moved west in 1958 to settle in Richmond, BC and for almost the last 20 years resided at Glendale Village in Surrey. During her 80 years Corinne was an accomplished singer and piano player, but family always took center stage. In recent years she loved her many bus trips with Bob around the Pacific Northwest visiting local casinos. During these trips Corinne made many friends and was always ready to have fun and enjoy life to its' fullest. One of her greatest joys was her family, whom she sadly leaves behind; her husband Bob; mother Edna Adella Kirby (103 years of age); children, Eleanor Kingston (Bill Kinsey), Roberta Kingston (Rob Hutchison), David Kingston (Lisa), Michael Kingston (Susan); grandchildren, Erin, Sydney, Liam, Kayla, Ryan, Ben, Mark, Danielle, Evan and great-grandson; Rueben. Corinne will be sadly missed by everyone and the family is holding no service by request. Donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Surrey Memorial Hospital Foundation will be greatly appreciated. No flowers please.
