Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM (BILL) OLSON Peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham, Ontario on Thursday, February 21, 2008, William Bill Garth Olson, age 80 of Chatham, former husband of Phyllis (Welsman) Olson of Chatham. Born in Winnipeg in 1927 son of the late Rannveij Kernested and William Olson, Bill worked at Maryville School in Windsor. Dear father of Kate Wilson (Kerry) of Manitoba, Chris Caron (Reg) of Ottawa, Lorraine Olson of Chatham, Gloria Steed (Gord) of Manitoba and Bill Olson of Windsor. Sadly missed by 10 grandchildren and one great-grandson; brother of Cecelia Ferguson of Winnipeg and Laurence Olson (Sandra) also of Winnipeg. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two daughters, Anne and Angela and by one granddaughter Shona. At Bill's request there will be no funeral home visitation or service. Cremation.
