CHANCHALBEN PATEL Mrs. Chanchalben Patel, a dear mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully in Winnipeg on February 26, 2008. She was predeceased by her husband Gordhanbhai Patel, and is survived by all her dear children including Rajnikant Patel (Pharmacist) and his wife Bhanuben of Winnipeg, and all her great-grandchildren. She was born and raised in India, Navagam, Gujarat State and she married Gordhanbhai Patel and moved the family to Uganda in East Africa, and started a successful business. Both parents devoted their life to raising their children and made great sacrifices to give them the best education to help them be successful in life. Mrs. Chanchalben was a dearly religious person and a good community worker. She was always there to help the neighbours and join in community events. She dearly loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be very sadly missed by all, but they know that she had a good, proud life and is now in peace with God.
