ANGIE RUSSO INTROITO (nee CALIGIURI) Angie passed away peacefully, with her family at her side, on February 25, 2008, after a courageous battle with cancer at the young age of 44. She is survived by her loving husband and best friend Sam, and sons, Jared and Matthew. She also leaves to mourn her parents Dominic and Teresa Caligiuri; father-in-law Gerlando Russo Introito; her grandmother Angelina Caligiuri; sisters, Ida and Daniela (Keith); sisters-in-law, Julie and Josie (Anders); brother-in-law Tony; niece and nephews, Danika, Nicolas and Luca and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Angie was born and raised in Winnipeg. She married the love of her life Sam in April of 1990. Angie's passion was spending time with her sons and was proud to be the greatest mom. She enjoyed working at Air Canada for over 23 years where she excelled in the finance department and was considered one of kind. Angie's strong faith and the prayers of others gave her strength to carry her through the last few years. The family wishes to express their thanks to friends and family for their love and support and to the caregivers at St. Boniface Hospital. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2008, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Alphonsus Church, Munroe Avenue at Brazier Street, with celebrants Brother Jorge Villegas and Father Sam Argenziano.
