Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMICHAEL DMYTRYSHYN Sadly, we announce the passing of our husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather on Saturday, March 1, 2008 at St. Boniface Hospital. Michael will be forever missed by his wife Nadia; daughters Jean (Michael) and Emily; son Rick (Sandra); grandson Michael (Amber); granddaughters, Alana (Blaine) and Liette (James) and great-grandsons Aidan and Nicolas. Michael was born January 2, 1925 in selo Puhaczi, rayon Lubacziw, oblast Lwiw, Ukraine. Michael had a long career as a stone mason and his legacy can be appreciated around Winnipeg and the Interlake region. Our family would like to extend thanks to Dr. P. Czaykowski, Denise and the staff at CancerCare Manitoba; special thanks to Dr. G. Balko, MaryAnne and Jennifer and the staff at St. Boniface Hospital for their professional care. Prayers will be sung 7:00 p.m. Thursday, March 6 at St. Joseph's Ukrainian Catholic Church, 250 Jefferson Ave. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 7, also at Church with a Redemptorist Father officiating.
