DAVID ROWE November 13, 1946 - March 4, 2008 With his family by his side, David, aged 61, of Winnipeg, Manitoba, peacefully passed away. He was predeceased by his father George Rowe, father-in-law Leonce and mother-in-law Carmelice Le Blanc. He will be dearly missed by his wife Muriel, children Peter (Bev), Michelle (Todd) and granddaughter Lynden, his mother Marion, brothers Donald (Mavis), Peter (Sandy), also by his East Coast family and friends. David retired from a lengthy career in the aircraft industry in March 2002. He was a long-term resident of St. James and was involved in sports both as a participant and a coach. David loved being on the golf course with friends and family. He was also always planning his next cruise or vacation to a sunny and warm destination. In the last few months David got to enjoy his granddaughter Lynden and his brother Peter who retired to Winnipeg after being away for many years. The family would like to acknowledge the care and concern for David by the staff in the ER and ICU at the Grace Hospital. Funeral arrangements by Chapel Lawn. Services to be held at St. Paul the Apostle Church, 2400 Portage Ave., at 2:00 p.m., Friday March 7, 2008. Donations in David's memory can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
