Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRONALD WARKENTIN Peacefully, on March 2, 2008, Ronald Warkentin passed away at the age of 51 years at his group home. He is survived by his brother, Ernest Warkentin of Selkirk and his cousins, Lydia Penner and Jake Epp and a close friend Elaine Armstrong of Winnipeg. He was predeceased by his parents Henry and Mary Warkentin. Ronald was born on July 19, 1956, in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Ronald attended Wellington School, General Wolfe School and Daniel McIntyre Collegiate. He also attended Sunday School and German School at First Mennonite Church, Winnipeg. Ron was a good student and his parents were very proud of him. He worked at Eaton's Polo Park for several years. He had a close friend Elaine Armstrong for 25 years. He lived in a group home for 20 years where he had many friends and was well liked. Viewing will be held on Friday, March 7, 2008, 7:00 p.m. at Klassen Funeral Home.
