CAROLINE (CARLIE) LOUISE CROWE Born in Winnipeg September 9, 1951. It is with heavy hearts that we announce that while on vacation in Thailand, Carlie passed away peacefully at a hospital in Bangkok on February 29, 2008. Carlie was predeceased by her father Ed Crowe in 1992. Deeply missed by her fiancé Charlie Baird and family, mother Dorothy (Crowe) Marks and Ernie, sister Barb (Paul) Reykdal, brothers Bill (Kim) Crowe and Jim (Diane) Crowe, nieces and nephews Jeff, Christine, Meghan and Lindsay. Carlie was a free spirited individual who loved the outdoor atmosphere of Grand Beach where she enjoyed her cottage and friends in the area for many years. Carlie loved to travel and spent many winter vacations in hot sunny locations. Carlie's compassion, kindness and patience with others made health care a natural choice for her as a career. She was working at the Concordia Hospital at the time of her passing. Cremation has taken place. A service will be held at the Masonic Memorial Centre, 420 Corydon Avenue (Confusion Corner) on Monday, March 10, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. Flowers are gratefully declined.
