CLARA CHAMBERS (nee CLARA BERKOWSKI) With saddened hearts we announce the sudden passing of our Mom on March 4, 2008. Mom was born on April 13, 1919 and raised in Gypsumville, Manitoba and lived most of her life in Arborg, Manitoba. Beloved Mother of son Barry and daughter-in-law Marlene, and grandchildren, Hali and Jeff Doerksen and Cherise Chambers; daughter Marilyn Chambers, and grandchildren, Darcie and Paul Christensen and great-granddaughter Li Qin, grandchildren, Dan and Judy Eliuk and great-grandchildren, Brittany, Brenndan, Breanne, and grandson James Eliuk, and numerous family and friends. Mom was predeceased by her parents Vincent and Antonia Berkowski; husband Mike Chambers; sisters, Mary, Verna, Olean, Elsie, and brothers, Steve, Ralph, Ed, Ted, Bob. Mom was a very active lady and pursued many interests: grain farming, turkey farming, bee keeping, gardening and crafts. She worked many years at the Arborg Personal Care Home. Mom lived the last seven years in Winnipeg and enjoyed participating in the Bergen Hall Seniors Social Club. Mom faced many challenges in life and overcame them all. Thank you Mom for your Love and Support and for always being there for us. Love you forever. You'll always be remembered. Memorial Service Saturday, March 8, 2008 at Klassen Funeral Home at 1:30 p.m. Flowers gratefully declined.
