DAVID GEORGE MCDONALD December 23, 1936 March 6, 2008 Peacefully on March 6, 2008 at the Deer Lodge Centre at the age of 71 years, Dave passed away. He was predeceased by his parents and one sister. He is survived by his wife Pat, of 50 years, and children, Leslie, David, Robbie and Terri, as well as his son-in-law Steve and daughters-in-law, Lianne and Linda. Dave has five grandchildren: Lauren (Brad), Jordan, Carly, Alyssa and Joey. Family was everything to Dave. He will be sadly missed. Even during his illness, he expressed his love for all of us. Dave worked at the railway from age 16 until his retirement at age 55. The family would like to express their thanks to the staff at 3 West for their wonderful care of Dave. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, March 11 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Ave. In lieu of flowers, donations in Dave's memory may be made to the Siloam Mission.
