DENISE GOSSELIN On Thursday, March 6, 2008, Ms Denise Gosselin passed away at the St. Pierre Hospital in St. Pierre-Jolys at the age of 61 years. She was predeceased by her parents, Mélanie and Jean Gosselin; her sisters, Marie-Jeanne Bernardin and Eugénie Lambert; her brother Célestin Gosselin; her nephews, Robert and Jean Hince; her brothers-in-law, Pascal Roy and René Lambert. She leaves behind her sisters, Robertine Hince, Agnès Roy and Agathe Fournier (Paul); her brothers, Lévi (Aline), Paul, Edouard (Yvonne) and René (Edmée) Gosselin; her sister-in-law Simone Gosselin and brother-in-law Omer Bernardin (Lila), many nieces and nephews and her many friends at the Résidence Saint-Malo Inc. and the Red River Workshop. Denise, born with Down Syndrome, was a very special person, who loved to laugh, sing and dance. She could speak her mind too, knew what she wanted and was very affectionate. The family sincerely thanks all persons involved in taking care of Denise at the residence (especially Arlene), the workshop, the group Foi et lumière, the doctors and staff at the St. Pierre Hospital. We are truly grateful to you all. Funeral mass will be celebrated at the St. Malo Roman Catholic Church in St. Malo, MB on Wednesday, March 12 at 11:00 a.m. Greeting and prayer service will begin at 10:30 a.m. Fr. Marcel Chaput will celebrate the funeral mass. Interment will take place in the St. Malo Parish Cemetery at a later date. LECLAIRE BROTHERS in care of arrangements, 775-2220.
