BRENT JONATHAN HUDZICK July 26, 1984 March 8, 2008 It is with breaking hearts we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Brent - son of Garry and Cheryl, brother to Alyssa (Warren) and uncle to Maxwell and Aurora. He also leaves to cherish his memory grandmothers, Sylvia and Rose, many aunts and uncles, great aunts and uncles and nieces, nephews and cousins. Brent was blessed with an abundance of loyal friends, who have gathered around to help carry us through this difficult time. As a young boy, Brent enjoyed playing in goal for Oakbank Winter Hawks and made lasting friendships with his teammates and school buds. But nothing matched his passion for hunting and being in the great outdoors. There was never an end to the number of stories that were the result of these adventures many involving his buddies, Alex and Bob, Richard, Justin, Dan and Harvey, and Scotty. As well, he had many good times with other close friends: Clinton and Jackie, Dennis, Darrel, Drew, Kyle, Blair, Brittany and Kristen, and many others too numerous to mention, but who are great friends of Brent's. We will always remember Brent's infectious laugh and his mischievous grin, but most of all, his tender heart. Along with those, we hold fast to God's promise of all meeting together in Heaven where Jesus will wipe away all our tears and we will cry no more. We'd like to thank our friends and neighbours who have given us so much support during this time. Your gifts of food, phone calls, hugs and prayers will always be cherished. A Memorial Celebration of Brent's life will be held at Covenant Christian Reformed Church, 653 Knowles Ave., on Friday, March 14, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Teen Challenge, 414 Edmonton St., Winnipeg R3B 2M2, or to a charity of your choice.
