DAVID BRAD CARRADINE July 29, 1956 - March 9, 2008 It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of David Carradine in Winnipeg, March 9, 2008 at the age of 51 years. David was predeceased by his mother, Marie Carradine (nee Brad) on January 31, 1989. David will be lovingly remembered by his father Raymond Carradine, his sister Catherine Atkin (Dennis) and brother Kenneth (Gina), nieces Elizabeth Atkin and Brenna Carradine, nephews Devin Atkin and Liam Carradine and his extended family. David was very proud to have served as a police officer for three years in Morden, Manitoba. For the last 23 years David served as a civilian employee with the Winnipeg Police Service. David will always be remembered for his gift of sketching, which he shared with his nieces and nephews, his love of naval and military history, photography and the game of golf. A celebration of David's life will be held on Friday, March 14, at 2:00 p.m. at St. Mary Anglican Church, 3830 Roblin Blvd at Haney Street. Private interment to follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in David's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook Street, Winnipeg, MB, R3C 2B7, on behalf of Winnipeg Police Service Half Marathon.
