MARYON A. SEDDON (nee PAYNE) February 25, 1914 to March 7, 2008 Maryon Agnes Seddon (nee Payne) passed away on March 7, 2008 at Golden Links Lodge. She was predeceased by her husband Jack Seddon and her brother Ralph B. Payne. Maryon is survived by her son John Seddon (Lisetta) of Kelowna, BC and their children, Michelle and John Seddon; her daughter Janet Riley (Michael); and her daughter Barbara Baczynsky (Dennis) and their children, Kathryn Hildebrand (Chad) and Jill Baczynsky (Rick Vinet). She is also survived by her great-grandchildren, Wyatt and Morgan Hildebrand. Maryon was born and educated in Winnipeg. She worked at Monarch Life until her marriage and then devoted her life to her family and home which were sources of great interest and enjoyment for her. Maryon was very frustrated with her declining health in the last few years but she kept her sense of humour about all other matters and frequently amused family and Golden Links staff with her comments. The family expresses sincere appreciation to the compassionate caregivers at Golden Links Lodge for the excellent care provided, particularly in the final days. Cremation has taken place and a private family interment will be held in the spring. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations may be made to Golden Links Lodge, 2280 St. Mary's Road, Winnipeg, MB R2N 3Z6 or to a charity of choice.
