NORA DOROTHY EVERETTE (MITCHELL/WITHAWICK) It is with deep sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of their beloved Mother and Grandmother, Nora Dorothy Everette at the Parkview Place Nursing Home on March 14, 2008. She will be greatly missed by her daughter Marie (Douglas) and three sons, Ron (Marianne), William (Pat) and Ralph (Darlene), her sister Violet (Philip) as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Nora was born October 22, 1922 in Poplar River, Manitoba. She is predeceased by her two husbands Tony Withawick and Kenneth Everette. Our Mother lived her life to the fullest and enjoyed working and later being surrounded by her family and friends. Her last years were spent at Parkview Place Nursing Home keeping an eye on the other residents and having a good chuckle. The family would like to thank the Staff of Parkview Place for all of their kindness to our Mother and in particular her nurses Sham and Edna. Prayer Service will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday, March 17, 2008 at Kateri Roman Catholic Church, 794 Ellice Ave., Winnipeg, MB. Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 18, 2008 from Kateri Roman Catholic Church; with Father Joe Cabral officiating. Interment to follow at Aboriginal Memorial Gardens.
