RITA MAY ROBERTSON 1920 - 2008 Rita passed away at the Misericordia Health Centre on March 14, 2008. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Fred in 2006. Rita is survived by her son Donald; her sister Gwen Brookes; her sister-in-law Kay Bradley (Doug), and Ed Rutledge and family. She joined Mispah Chapter #14, Order of the Eastern Star December 14, 1948. When they demised, she then affiliated with Queen Winnipeg Chapter #1 on February 22, 1978. She was a 59 year member of the O.E.S, also a grand representative of South Dakota. She held many offices in the Eastern Star Chapters. She was also a former member of the Allemande 8's, and the Paws and Taws Square Dance Club. The family would like to extend their appreciation to the staff at Misericordia Health Centre for all their care. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 18, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Thomson Funeral Home 669 Broadway with a reception to follow.
