SIMONE STINSON (nee GUENETTE) Peacefully on March 17, 2008, with her children at her side, Simone passed away at the St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 82. Simone is survived by her children, Jacqueline (Daryle), and Claudette; her grandchildren, Jason, Kerri, and Michael; her sisters, Lucille, Florence, Alice (Paul), Germaine; brother Jean-Paul (Lucille); sisters-in-law, Blanche, Shirley (Lawrence), Fern (Arnold), and many nieces and nephews. Simone was predeceased by her husband Graham, father Jules, mother Berthe; brothers, Gerard, Georges, Aime, Maurice; sister Therese, sisters-in-law, Martha and Allison, and brother-in-law Lucien. Prayers will be held on Tuesday, March 25 at 7:00 p.m. in the Coutu Funeral Chapel, 680 Archibald Street. A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, March 26 at 10:30 a.m. in St. Boniface Cathedral, 190 rue de la Cathedrale. A very special thank you to the St. Boniface Hospital, especially the staff of B4 for their excellent care and compassion and to Dr. T. Wong for his years of care. Flowers are gratefully declined.
