BABY SAMUEL MAYTWAYASHING October 7, 2007 - March 26, 2008 Baby Samuel Maytwayashing was born on October 7, 2007 at the Womens Hospital in Winnipeg, MB. Weighing 8 lbs. 7 oz. In the small time we spent with him, family and friends learned he was a happy baby. Baby Samuel always gave us a smile. He loved to watch cartoons, and his favourite channel was Treehouse. To mommy, Samuel was her handsome boy. To great-granny, he was her oinchyboy. Baby Samuel had one very special koko Jackie Maytwayashing, who loved him dearly. Suddenly on March 26, 2008, Baby Samuel Luke Maytwayashing left us to be with the Creator. Baby Samuel leaves to mourn his loving parents Candace and Elvis Maytwayashing; sisters, Misty girl and Arlena; brothers, Elliot and Presley Cole Maytwayashing, all from Lake Manitoba First Nation; special aunts, Jennifer, Jolene and Angie; special uncle Joshua; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; great-grandparents who he was very special to, Doris and Norvel Anderson; grandparents, Victoria Maytwayashing, Gordon McLean and Kenny Monkman. Baby Samuel was predeceased by his grandmother Arlene Maytwayashing; brother Dolton Maytwayashing; uncle Peter Matthew Maytwayashing; cousin Beautiful Angel Maytwayashing. Wake services will be held on Friday, March 28, 2008 and Saturday, March 29, 2008 at the residences of Candace Maytwayashing and Doris and Norvel Anderson. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 30, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at the Lake Manitoba Band Hall, with Jim Anderson officiating. Interment will follow at Lake Manitoba Cemetery.
