Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryELINO VILLANUEVA We announce with great sadness in our hearts the passing of Elino Villanueva on March 26, 2008 at the young age of 47. Born on February 3, 1961 in Santa Cruz, Marinduque, Philippines, he was raised, along with three sisters and three brothers, by his parents Antonio and Zosima Villanueva. He moved to Winnipeg in 1982 where he met Vivian, his loving wife since 1986. He started a family business, Better Painting and Decorating, to support and provide for his family. His legacy will be continued. He was a hardworking and supportive man who knew how to enjoy life. When time permitted he went fishing and camping with his family, and could be relied upon to sing at least three karaoke songs during gatherings. He is survived by his wife Vivian, his sons Michael and Marvin, mother Zosima, siblings Lucy, Delia, Emma, Bert, Angelito, and Sonny. Elino was predeceased by his father Antonio. He was known as a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He will be missed by us all. Viewing will be held on Saturday, March 29 and Sunday, March 30 from 6:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. A prayer service and interment will be held Monday, March 31 at 12:30 p.m. also at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home. A celebration of his life and luncheon will be held immediately following the interment. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent in his memory to the Canadian Cancer Society. CHAPEL LAWN 885-9715
