Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPATRICIA LOUISE BOBROWSKI (nee KELLY) February 21, 1958 - March 31, 2008 It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our dear wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. Patty passed away on March 31 at the age of 50 years as the result of a tragic car accident. She will be very sadly missed by her beloved family: husband Deryl, daughter Shannon (Sean Amos), sons Jeffrey (Jenna) and Daniel, adored grandchildren Karly and Braden Amos, mother Marge Kelly, sister Kathy Lewis, brothers David (Melissa), Chris (Donna), uncles Tom, Ted (April), cousins Ryan and Laura, nephew Kelly and nieces Sarah, Meagan and Kara, Deryl's family: sisters-in-law Vicki Tronrud, Debbie (Rick) Small, brothers-in-law Richard (Lorraine), David (Virginia), father-in-law Vic (Ivy), numerous nieces, and nephews and godson Michael Tronrud, extended family and many, many friends. Patty was predeceased by her father G.R. (Bob) Kelly in May 1992, mother-in-law Joyce Bobrowski in December 2007, brother-in-law Andy Tronrud in August 2005 and her beloved yellow lab BAILEY Bink in March 2007. Patty was born on February 21, 1958, in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She grew up in Charleswood and attended Beaumont, Westdale Jr. High and graduated in 1976 from Oak Park High School. She married Deryl on June 3, 1978, and in 1980 they began their family which is what Patty devoted the remainder of her life to. Raising her children and taking care of her family was her utmost priority. Patty loved spending time with her family at their cottage at West Hawk Lake which was their second home. After the kids had grown Deryl and Patty did a lot of traveling and after booking a number of vacations through Cruise World, Patty got a part-time job with them. Mom was an attractive woman whose poise and gracefulness demanded attention and her sparkling eyes and beautiful smile only made you want to be near her more. At every family event Patty was called upon to whip up her famous Refried Bean Dip for snacks and her Pink S!#* for dessert. She was an amazing cook and passed on her talent to Shannon. She was an awesome golfer who could hit the ball farther than most men and made it look effortless. Falcon Lake Golf Course was where you could find her if she wasn't at the cottage. While in the city you could more than occasionally find her wandering Polo Park. Shopping was another sport that Patty did extremely well. For the last few years mom's life revolved around granddaughter Karly and as of January 26 new grandson Braden who both love her to pieces. A celebration of Patty's life will be held on Monday, April 7, 2008, at 1:00 p.m. at the Assiniboia Christian Centre, 3390 Portage Avenue (at Rouge Rd.), with Lt. Col. Maxwell Ryan officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart Stroke Foundation. Condolences may be made online at www.chapellawn.mb.ca LOVING MEMORIES LAST FOREVER Chapel Lawn 885-9715
