Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySARA BERGEN Sara Bergen, born June 6, 1921 in the district of St. Joseph, MB, passed away peacefully in the Victoria Hospital in Winnipeg April 4, 2008. Sara was predeceased by her parents, Cornelius and Katharina (Hildebrand) Bergen, by two brothers, Carl and Henry, and three sisters, Anna Frolander, Elizabeth Wiens and Susan Schroeder. Left to mourn Sara's passing are four brothers, Peter, Cornelius, William and Elvin, and five sisters, Maria, Catherine, Helen Giesbrecht, Hilde Houlding and Gertrude Bergen, and many nephews and nieces. The celebration of Sara's life will be held Wednesday, April 9, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in the Bethel Mennonite Church at 870 Carter Avenue, Winnipeg, burial to follow in Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.
