DAVID JAMIE ROHRIG It is with great sorrow and grief we announce the passing of David Jamie Rohrig aged 46 of Seven Sisters Falls, dearly beloved son, brother and uncle. He passed away April 30, 2008 after a brief illness at the Health Sciences Centre with his family and friends at his side. David began his autobody career with Melnick Motors in Whitemouth. After the dealership moved to Beausejour he worked side by side with Sean (007) at Conroy Collision in Whitemouth a job he enjoyed and took pride in. David was a fix-it guy and nothing was too difficult for him to tackle and was Mom's right hand man. He enjoyed travelling and canoeing with his friends, fishing and barbequing with his family, and hacking up the odd golf course. He has left a void in many lives, but many precious memories. He is survived by his mom Linda, brothers Tim (Cheryl) Kent (Vicki), sisters Kathy (Erwin), Judy (Vern Woof), Joan, Deanne (Sean) and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Eric. The family would like to thank all those who came to see David, so he could cheer THEM up, Dr. Harding and nursing staff at the Health Sciences Centre, the Whitemouth Ambulance staff and Dr. Ayad for their assistance. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in his memory. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at Sobering Funeral Chapel Crematorium, Park Avenue E., Beausejour on Monday, May 5 at 2:00 p.m., Pastor Greg Gaensler officiating.
