I knew "Uncle" Sam when he was married to Brenda (nee Matthews, Powys, UK), back in the 1970s. He built a lovely home for her in Elgin where they lived with their beloved horse and Doberman. Sadly, we all lost touch over the years but I still have many happy memories of Sam visiting us and playing his clarinet. I still have a copy of your book Uncle Sam!
