Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARIA PETRONELLA VAN LIEROP Peacefully, on Thursday, July 3, 2008 at the Oakview Place Personal Care Centre, Maria van Lierop passed away at the age of 69 years. Maria will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Mariella (Jack) Carr; grandchildren, Meghan, Kaitlyn, and Emily; numerous siblings and family in Canada and the Netherlands. She and her daughter moved to Canada in 1979. She was employed in nursing in the Netherlands, and had many talents in crafts and gardening. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., July 7, Blessed Sacrament Parish, 710 Roanoke, with Father Owen Steves celebrant. Interment to follow at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Maria to the Canadian Liver Foundation (Manitoba Division).
