Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryALDA MACHADO July 13, 1932 - July 6, 2008 On July 6, 2008 Alda passed away at the Riverview Health Centre at the age of 75. Alda was predeceased by her brothers Artur, Joaguim, and Manuel; and sister Maria Deluge. Alda will be missed by her husband Manuel; son Jose (Ethel MacIntosh); grandchildren Samantha, and Emma. She will also be remembered by many extended family and friends. Alda was born in San Miguel, Acores, Portugal. She came to Winnipeg in 1963. Alda was an active member of St. Edwards and a member of the C.W.L. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Salvation Army Memorial Fund, P.O. Box 1932 Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3C 3R2. The family would like to thank the staff at Riverview Health Centre for the care and kindness shown to Alda. Mass of the Christian Burial will be held on Friday July 11, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Edward the Confessor, 818 Arlington, with prayers one half hour prior. An interment and reception to follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. CHAPEL LAWN 885-9715
