MARJORIE HILDA STEPHENSON Maggie went peacefully to her final rest on July 4, 2008 at the Gimli Community Health Centre. She was well known in the community for her Letters to the Editor . She was a longtime member of the Canadian Legion, transferring to Gimli from Winnipeg. Maggie loved her cats, travelling in her younger days, cooking and singing - for those who were there, remember her 80th birthday! She loved her Friday nights at #182 and will be greatly missed by those who knew her. A special thanks to Al and Collette who were always there for her. Thanks to the doctors and staff over the years at Gimli hospital for their caring for Maggie. At Maggie's request, cremation has taken place and there will be no formal service. If so desired, donations made to the Gimli Animal Shelter will be greatly appreciated. Till we meet again - Toodle! Gilbart Funeral Home, Gimli in care of arrangements
