CHRISTINE SAILOR (nee KLIPPEL) Christine was born in Winnipeg on March 30, 1909 and passed away peacefully at Vista Park Lodge. The Lodge staff was very kind and considerate and the family wishes to thank them all very much. Christine passed away on September 12, 2008. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph and Herman Kiddier, her brothers Philip, Charles, William, Edward, and sister Ella also daughter-in-law Mildred. She will be sadly missed and remembered by her sons Ernest (Florence) of Victoria, BC and William of Transcona. Other survivors are nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren. Christine was a Charter member of the Lutheran Church of Good Shepherd of Transcona and participated in numerous activities of the church earlier in her life. Cremation has taken place with interment of Mom with Dad (Joseph) in the Transcona Cemetery. No formal funeral service will be held. Immedate family only.
