EMILIA KARLINSKI It is with shattered hearts and overwhelming sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Emilia Karlinski. Emilia passed away on August 28, 2008 at the Riverview Health Centre, with family by her side. She leaves to mourn her husband, Zenon, daughter Anna (Paul), sister Irena, nephew Jerzy (Asia), grandson Quintin, and countless friends. Emilia loved life and lived it to the fullest. Her family was her passion. She was an incredibly strong woman, a wonderful hostess, who would extend a helping hand to anyone in need. We will miss her great sense of humor, and her always encouraging words. Cremation has taken place, however it was Emilia's wish not to have any type of service for at least two months, following her passing. Therefore a Memorial Mass will take place on October 23 at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, 2400 Portage Ave. at 11:00 a.m. Many thanks to Dr. Maksymiuk and Dr. Seftel, as well as all of their staff at CancerCare for your incredible care and support.
