GLORIA HOSEIN 1925 - 2008 It is with great sadness that the family of Gloria announces her passing after a battle with Cancer. Gloria was born in Trinidad and immigrated to Canada in 1967 with her husband and children. She is predeceased by her husband Emmin, her grandson Andrew and her sisters Mavis and Agnes (Trinidad). Gloria is survived by her children Feiz (Yolanda) and their children Heidi and Rachael, her sons Kqeim, Farid, Emmin Jr. (Betty) and their children Vincent, Nicholas and DeAnna, and her only daughter Lisa. She also leaves behind her sisters Annie (Toronto) and Eldora (Trinidad) and many nieces and nephews in Trinidad, Europe, Australia, Canada and the USA. Gloria enjoyed traveling, cooking, gardening and looking after all her children while they were at home. She especially enjoyed going on long trips with her daughter Lisa throughout Canada and the United States. Hawaii was another one of her favorite places. Services will be held at Cropo Funeral Home 1442 Main Street Wpg. A viewing will take place on Friday, October 3, 2008 between 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. The body will then be taken to the Mosque at 2445 Waverley, Ph. 256-1347 where Janazah Salah will be held and then to the cemetery. The family would like to thank all the staff at Cancer Care Manitoba and all the Palliative Care nurses who looked after her at her son's home. A special thanks to Nurse Maryann whose support, insight and deep understanding of the situation will never be forgotten. Flowers are gratefully declined.
