PHYLLIS LILY LAURAINE DYCK (nee DUQUETTE) Suddenly on September 27, 2008 my most beloved sister Lulu was called by the Lord. Born and raised in Winnipeg's west end, Phyllis was a gifted athlete in her youth. Demonstrating an early keenness for running, she became a member of Wolseley's 100 mile track club at 11. A member of the Winnipeg School of Judo/Karate when at William and Main Street. Excelling in sports, Phyllis was awarded Female Athlete of the Year honours, as well as the large flying G in her last year at General Wolfe School. She also had a passion for baseball and participated in tournaments. Phyllis attended Tec-Voc before entering the workforce. At the time of her passing, Phyllis was completely healthy. Predeceased by our father, Phillip Duquette; our mother Lauraine Agnes Asham; our grandparents, numerous uncles, aunts and our most treasured sibling Randy Guy Mcdonald. Lulu I love you, Jeb. Funeral service was held on Friday, October 3 at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St.
