LEONEL EUGENIO MADURO DE SOUSA February 1, 1959 - October 7, 2008 It is with sadness the family announces the passing of Leonel on Tuesday, October 7, 2008 at the Health Sciences Centre. Leonel will be sadly missed by his parents Amandio and Ermelinda; sister Elsa; brother David; aunts and uncles, Dalila (Antonio) Machado, Cacilda (Cipriano) Machado, Esolina and Antonio Sousa, Aldina (Jose) Fernandes, Adilia (Amilcar) Carneiro, Jose (Maria) Sousa; nephews, Matthew, Brandon, Michael and Stephen, and many cousins. He was predeceased by his sister Belmira. Leonel was self-employed for over 20 years running his own service station, Sargent Service. The family would like to thank Dr. C. Loh and the doctors and staff at the Health Sciences Centre for all their care. Prayers will be held on Friday, October 10 at 7:00 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 181 Austin St. N. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, October 11 at 10:00 a.m. also at the Church with Very Rev. Fr. José Eduardo Medeiros, V.F. officiating. Entombment will follow in Assumption Cemetery, Queen of Heaven Mausoleum. 586-8044
