HELENA FEHR (nee ELIAS) 1914 - 2008 On Monday, November 3, 2008 at Boundary Trails Health Centre, Helen Fehr aged 94 years of Morden formerly of Winkler and the Mason school district went to her eternal rest. She leaves to mourn her four daughters, Anne and Gilbert Peters, Chris and Bill Gould, Helen and Adam Rust, Betty Fehr; two sons, Henry and Anne Fehr, Jack and Shirley Fehr; 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren as well as one sister and one brother; three sisters-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Henry E. Fehr in 1999 and one infant son, Peter; her parents; two infant great-grandsons; two sisters and four brothers. Viewing will be Thursday (today) from 1:00-6:00 p.m. at Wiebe Funeral Chapel, 1050 Thornhill St., in Morden and at the church prior to the service. Funeral service will be on Friday, November 7, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Morden Sommerfeld Mennonite Church, 5 Parkwood St. Interment to follow at Haskett Cemetery. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the doctors and staff at BTHC and homecare for the loving care provided to Helen. Thank you to everyone who helped in any way.
